Austin was very kind and professional, along with the apprentice that joined him today. They were able to determine a quote for the original job I needed completed, as well as point out and thoroughly explain other concerning issues that may need taken care of in the future. These issues did line up with what was pointed out during my house inspection, so I don't feel like I was being upsold. Overall, great experience with the techs and I appreciate their time. Pricing seems a bit high, so I will be getting a second opinion.

I recently had Safe Electric and Plumbing out for some electrical repair, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Someone answered the phone right away, was incredibly courteous, and confidently assured me they could help. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day, arrived on time, and the technician was professional, friendly, and great about keeping me informed throughout the job. I couldn’t ask for a better customer-service experience, highly recommended.

Adam Lanzer did a wonderful job installing my kit hen LED lights. He skirted well some wrinkles and made the installation easy. This is my first time use of SAFE Electric and they seem to be a professionally run company that communicates well and keeps its appointment timely.

Called Safe Electric on Friday and they were able to come to us on Monday. It was not an emergency. Susan was extremely helpful in scheduling and explaining available services. Our electric range and stopped working and 2 appliance technicians couldn’t fix the problem and 1 recommended having an electrician look at the range, power cord and outlet. They texted and emailed me prior to the appointment. Tom and Cory were fantastic. When they came in they immediately put on shoe covers. We went over the problem and they started the diagnosis. They were very thorough and explained all the options and associated costs. Problem was successfully resolved and now we have a reliable, trustworthy electric company for any future needs. We highly recommend Safe Electric and Plumbing.

Good company. Very detailed and easy to work with—which is refreshing and dare I say unusual in these times. The problem was identified quickly and my technician, Matt, because of extensive experience, was able to use some tricks of the trade to keep from performing major surgery, like cutting holes in my ceiling or pulling out my dishwasher. Saved me a lot of money and best of all, at least to this point, no leaks. I highly recommend them.

My experience with safe electric was great both times I used them. Chris Roberts was very professional and great to work with. He did a great job refreshing my breaker box and installing my fan. Will be calling on them in the future.

Corey and Joel were absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, the job was done quickly and correctly, with zero shortcuts. They kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what they were doing and why, which made the whole process stress-free and reassuring. On top of their excellent technical work, they were incredibly friendly and respectful in our home—and they were amazing with our dogs, which truly meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find technicians who are this skilled, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to have around. We couldn’t be happier with their work and customer service and would highly recommend Corey and Joel to anyone needing electrical services! & to both of you guys i truly hope both sides of your pillow are always cool, your socks always match, your coffee (or tea) is always the perfect temperature, and your Wi-Fi never cuts out during important moments. We could use more people who do thier job so well. Thank you!

Had several electrical concerns. Basement lights not working. Smoke detectors needing replaced. Surge Protector installation. 2 GFI and a light switch replaced. Adam and Chad were thorough and professional. They explained and solved our electrical problems. We appreciated their timely arrival and the quality of their work. Safe Electric also utilizes a high quality communication system that informs who is coming and when. Their uniforms are easily recognizable. The work was a little pricey, but worth it. Thanks, Adam and Chad for a job well done. We’ll be glad to refer your work to others.

Chris Roberts helped us with several electrical projects today, including installation of a new light fixture, repair of existing fixtures, and diagnosing and repairing some nonworking lights. He did a terrific job. He was knowledgeable and worked very hard. We appreciated his insights on future projects and their relative value. Highly recommend.

Jeremy is Awesome! My first impression of Jeremy .....I was like I like this guy he has a great vibe. He is very knowledgeable, Friendly and did not make me feel pressured and he helped me stay within my budget. I will definitely ask for Jeremy for my next project and shout out to his co-worker Corey who also assisted Jeremy and did a Awesome job!!!!
